Crash when loading a save with consumables in convoy with too many uses #52

Version: 0.13.0, probably dates back to 0.11.0 when convoy editor was added

Reported... numerous times on gbatemp, I think.

Consumables with more than the max number of uses as defined by the item data cause a crash. This needs fixed to work like forges do.
