Deleted files not removed #36

In one project I deleted a file in Visual Soar under elaborations. The file was deleted from the VS UI, but not from the folder on the disk or from the elaborations_source.soar file.

Actually, I think this was my mistake. I was working with two version of the same project, and got confused. Closing the issue.
