Language Settings do not aplly after changing regarding file #10

When changing the entries contained within the file /var/www/html/wiki/lib/plugins/pagebuttons/lang/en/lang.php, the dialogue boxes still show the default text (in Englisch). The text seems to be nowhere else on the server (search via grep -r did not show anything). I have no clue where this text comes from. The buttons had to be renamed via the regarding .php-file and that works fine, buttons are now labeled with my custom text (my language). But the dialogue boxes still are in Englisch (heading and text).

Other Plugins use the wiki/lib/plugins/%plugin_name%/lang/en/lang.php file too. When i change values inside of this file of other plugins, it works in an instant.

Using DokuWiki Hogfather on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, all other Plugins and DokuWiki itself working normally.

Where is the Englisch text located / stored? How can i change it?

Please help. Thank you.

Nevermind... if you deactivate the option defer_js in the configuration of the DokuWiki, the text is correctly shown... So this is a dependency of the Plugin (to keep that specific option toggled off). May cause problems if you use Plugins like for example IndexMenu with JavaScript arguments or if any other plugin needs that option to be turned off.
