Made new textures for missing machines and animated them with their own .mcdata files.
Made animations and textures for machines that were not animated when in active state.
Fixed a couple of machine textures that didn't look right.
BUG:
Small issue on Extruder as it now pulls vanilla lava and water textures during active state (for whatever reason that is; will look at .class file to see what it's doing).
MISSING:
Brewer, Centrifuge, Crafter and Enchanter Machines are still missing block textures.
Sawmill Machine and maybe a couple more are missing active state differentiations.

BUG:
Small details on GUIs missing (button icon textures).
Crafter Machine GUI is larger than the others and I can't put the "metal bolts" on it without it looking a bit weird.
REMOVED:
Removed my GUI template.
Removed unused animation from the Extruder during active state; it now does what it is supposed to do and pulls water and lava textures from the base-game. As stated above, these are somehow vanilla textures. I'm still looking into why that is.
Added / Fixed all Device GUIs, so that they are now in-line with all the machine GUIs.
Small fix for Sawmill Machine GUI as I had missed it.
Dynamo GUIs all fixed (the fluid containers were all a couple of pixels out) and added the little "metal bolts", so they are also now in-line with the other GUIs.
BUG:
Small details on GUIs missing (button icon textures).
"satchel_filter" GUI is a bit messy, but I do not think it is even used. The Satchel GUI in-game is pulled from CoFH-Core Mod, so has nothing to do with Thermal Expansion.
"cache" GUI might be a couple of pixels out, but again, I do not think it is used as I cannot open any GUI for the Cache in-game.
Added thermal expansion mod.
