Railcraft file move to 1.12.2 package #45

Hello, Would it be possible to add the Railcraft file to the 1.12.2 package (currently in 1.10)? Is there code change that is required? If not if it could be moved in with an upcoming 1.12.2 release that would be amazing! Thank you. Let me know if assistance is needed.

It looks like the files that were identical were ported by a script about a week ago. Looking at the files, there are more textures among the Modded-1.7.x support that would need a manual port (and quite a few new textures). If you have the time or interest, I'm welcoming of a PR or even .zip files containing manual ports. There's also a discord if you'd like to talk more.

I'm working on fixing issues with the automated universal pack deployment. I also did quite a bit of work on Railcraft in the past, and when I browse the files am seeing some new textures I could potentially help with as well.
