sobekcm static resources url rewriting issue #2

Sobekcm is installed in default web root folder

Actual file is located in: "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mySobek\InProcess\sysadmin\addcoll\images\buttons\ertert.gif"

but sobekcm points to: non-existent physical location: "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\l\admin\addcoll\mySobek\InProcess\sysadmin\addcoll\images\buttons\ertert.gif" resultant web url: "http://localhost/l/admin/addcoll/mySobek/InProcess/sysadmin/addcoll/images/buttons/ertert.gif"

which results in 404 error "HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found"

when new folders are created and file is placed in the path searched by sobekcm, the file is accessible... so we can be sure that there is no permission issue....

same issue for banner images

this issue is observed with Sobekcm 4.10.1 downloaded from "http://sobekrepository.org/design/webcontent/software/download/SobekCM_4_10_01_x64.msi"
