We found another issue with rating / review for iOS, when the player asked for giving review, they directed to AppStore, but still directed to Soccer Manager Arena, and since it's not available in Indonesia, it's not showed up.
I think, you need to change the link and re-direct it to Soccer Manager Arena SEA.
