Rate of card pack is too low

Hi team,

We've just received a complain in regards to how a player, who is currently in Arena 2 has only been able to get cards from Arena 0 and 1.

I've tested this on an Android phone, putting my character at Arena 2 and opening 25 packs received from playing matches. There were 19 Silver Packs, 5 Gold Packs, 1 Blue Pack and I DID NOT receive any cards from Arena 2 after opening all the card packs. I've also tested by opening the Packs from the shops. 3 Champions pack, 3 Ultimate and 1 Super Champions pack. I received some Arena 2 cards from opening 1 Ultimate pack and 1 Champions pack.

On an iOS, I've opened 4 card packs from playing matches, 3 Silver and 1 Gold, and I've received a card from Arena 2 by opening the Gold pack. I've opened 7 packs from the shops, 5 Champions and 2 Super Champions and I was able to received a card from Arena 2 from the Supper Champions pack.

Could you please have a look at the drop rate of the cards from the packs.

once you get to Arena 2 you have an EQUAL chance of getting any player that is now available to you either XP or a new player.

as there are more players on Arena 0/1 then it is more likely you will get these players.
