Option 'title' is no longer supported.

Hi,

Using $Version: 1.0.2$ in Firefox 3.6, i can't get rid of this warning. When 
passing null or undefined in my options, 'your' default of "Dynatree" seems not 
to get overridden. Putting a breakpoint on this check in the js file (with 
Firebug) keeps showing "Dynatree" for the title.

I tried these:
title: null
title: undefined

var undefinedTitle;
title: undefinedTitle

Of course, it's minor but it looks weird to me.
