Selecting parent selects unselectable children

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.checkbox: true, selectMode: 3 and unselectable node with selectable parent 
node(s)
2.(De-)Select parent node of unselectabel node

(If possible, please attach an example HTML file, that works when copied
into the dynatree/doc/ folder.)
see attachment (select node 4.2)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When selecting parent unselectable children are selected (thru UI) as well

What version of the product are you using?
Version: 1.1.1$

On what operating system and browser?
Windows XP, Firefox 3.6, IE 8 and others..

Please provide any additional information below.
I could not solve this or workaround using the API, so I fixed this in the code 
in the fixSelectionState-Section. Not aware of sideeffects or if this of any 
help
