Know difference between clicking the checkbox and the actual node #198

this may already be dooable...

Right now if I click the checkbox, it triggers the onSelect and onClick. I 
would like to only fire the onSelect since my onClick is doing all sorts of 
stuff and if select ten boxes, it queues up ten loads of stuffs.
