.dynatree("getRoot").getChildren() to not return the loading node #200

It would be great if:
dynatree("getRoot").getChildren()

does not return the loading node.  I always have to make sure that im not 
performing node.data.<KEY> references on the loading node...

node.getChildren now returns undefined for lazy nodes that are unloaded or 
currently loading.
