onCreate callback #210

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
A new callback  that is triggered when a node HTML is rendered *for the first 
time* (unlike onRender, which is generated every time the markup changes)

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
This would help to bind events or widgets to lazily or programatically created 
nodes. (And when live-events are not an option.)
