Drag and drop disable after droping in unfold item #218

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the DnD 2 example
2. pick folder 3 and drop it quickly (before the auto unfold) in Subitem 2.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expecting the Folder 3 inside the Subitem 2.1
- Obtaining : 
   + No more DnD possible
   + The insert icon still visible after drop
   + The Folder 3 disapear

What version of the product are you using? 1.1.1
On what operating system and browser?
Windows 7, firefox 5.0.1 or ie 8

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen.
Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that 
the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented.
Please open a new issue there otherwise:
