Reset/Reinit tree after Reload/Refresh page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load from JSON, HTML or whatever.
2. Try change the tree state on browser (select, expand and etc)
3. Reload the page, the tree not reinit(reset), just show the last state of 
tree./

If possible, please attach an example HTML file, that works when copied
into the dynatree/doc/ folder or - even better - reproduce on jsFiddle:

2. [Fork] - Modify code - [Update] - [Share]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
On what operating system and browser?

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen.
Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that 
the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented.
Please open a new issue there otherwise:
