getNode function causes error in jquery 1.7 #247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use jquery 1.7 in the page
2. Use the getNode function

I get this warning in the Chrome console 
bind(jQuery.Event): dtnode: Class.create, error: TypeError jquery.dynatree.js:49

in Firefox: TypeError: node is undefined

When using 1.6.4 everything is ok.
