What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. autofocus and other keyboard navigation not working while using jQuery 1.7.1 
with dynatree 1.2.0 in the jQuery dialog box. 
2. after clicking on up/down/left/right keys focus doesn't move elsewhere or 
focus get lost from tree node.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
keyboard navigation in tree should work fine inside jQuery Dialog box.

What version of the dynatree and jQuery are you using?
jQuery 1.7.1 with dynatree 1.2.0

On what operating system and browser?
Windows XP SP3

What DOCTYPE declaration are you using?
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" 
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

If possible, please attach an example HTML file (e.g. a copy of `doc/_test-
ISSUE.html`), that reproduces the problem when copied
 into the dynatree/doc/ folder
