Bumped version of sufficiency library and others, upped own version #12

Updated library versions to latest Sufficiency pipeline use newest version Internal version bump to 0.2.0

Side note: I couldn't spot this change in the code @cyramic

Internal version bump to 0.2.0

So I assumed that it was made internally on one of the platforms. Is it okay if it is not included in the .toml file?

Yeah, I didn't really bump it in the code, but did on the hub. The reason being is the toml wasn't being tracked with the version I was releasing. Ideally these will be in sync when I start to automate, so I started linking them here.
