Some small changes to clean up the code base:
Removed location references in dagit and daemon instances (they only need to be on the code server)
Removed some old comments that are no longer applicable
Copied over a lambda code bucket from the LA (missed in earlier PR)
Added profile to SSO for organisation (which was already tested and deployed in LA instance)
