Infrastructure: Role-based access based on LA

When users are added to the AD, their LA is used as their role. This should then be used to:

separate their data into a folder structure unique for their LA (see issue #64 )
present this folder structure to the UI when they log in (see issue issue #61 )

[ ] Test use of roles in Active Directory to configure the folders that are mounted to the UI
[ ] Set up folder structure so that each LA (each role on the Active Directory) will have it's own structure, with an input folder per dataset, corresponding to #38
