There are several subtasks here:

[ ] - Setup Sentry for LA Frontend [ ] - Setup Sentry for Org Frontend [ ] - Setup infrastructure alerting (Cloudwatch Alarm -> Slack) [ ] - Heartbeat service for different parts?
