Ability to hide URL for some websites on status page #46

🚀 Feature Proposal

A new option in the configuration, that defines whether you want the URL of the website to show in the status page or not.

Example

For API related things or those which visiting the URL would be useless, it would be good if it can just be hidden.

Also @ivangabriele I was also wondering if you could also add an option to hide a site from the status page completely? I am also using this app to ping several Discord bots to keep them online. Since they don’t serve any webpage the status page will simply report them as DOWN. An option to hide these completely from the status page would be nice, and the worker will continue to ping them in the background.
