Provide create and drop commands that run respective docker/azure-db command in kubernetes context

The create command now print generated database, user and password

je peux tester le CLI et les appels qu'il fait mais les appels à kubctl je ne sais pas comment faire 🤔

J'ai ajouté les snapshots mais le souci c'est qu'ils contiennent une reference à l'image docker azure-db versionnée, ca va donc régulièrement changer avec renovate ?
