Ditch upper.io #42

It doesn't really help that much. It's making about one main call easier, but everything else is a switch on the database type anyway. It barely handles basic query conditions and it just isn't fully baked. So unfortunately it's not going to be a good fit for this project at this time.

well....Maybe I'll keep it around a bit longer. It recently added a Group() function which is nice and has allowed me to rewrite my group counts. I still need to have a few special cases for MongoDB, but upper.io/db is working a lot better for me now. Revisit this though because Social Harvest's query needs could change again.
