Sauna oven (we want to go hot) — can be electric or wood stove.
Rest will be supplied by Knox Knox; oils, remedies, water.
Requirements of participats
Needs to be of optimal health, no heart conditions.
Medicine that affects heart and blood pressure is a no-go.
Cannot be under the influence of any external substances that might interact with the body functions.
Pregnancy and sauna is not the best as the body has other things to think about than thermoregulation.
