Any good free voice synthesizers for non-Japanese languages? #76

When I was first watching your videos, I believe you demonstrated in your video that Voicevox isn't very good for non-Japanese (although I cannot find the timestamp now). Did you come across any good synthesizers similar to Voicevox that are free for non-Japanese languages? In particular, English or Chinese?

I just found this English text-to-speech, this sounds really realistic, it has so many voices, (also offering free plan, about 100k characters a month).
