Add Faction Info To User - Part 1 - Web API

Added Cancellation tokens to most of the endpoints I touched
Added Faction Id to Character
Now have two separate endpoints for grabbing faction info, one for edit character, and one for add character
- This probably should be a separate API call
- Will grab info from the expression, anything that has the faction type id associated with it.
Updated some of the DTO's to proper Request and Response objects and moved to appropriate folders
Figured out how to do async checks with Fluent Validation, though not sure if I like that
Figured out how to get a proper validation problem returned on a custom error handling
