Expressed realms 166 add edit to front end

• One should now be able to get edit information for a given expression
• Added put endpoint for expressions
• Added Add and Delete Expression endpoints
• Added user role configuration and locked expression endpoints behind it
• Missed addin in user role manager
• Policy Checking should now be working correctly
• Moved Expression Sub Type call to new endpoint
• Created Policy Types, and Extension Methods Created extension methods to handle new policy type for http context and endpoint authorization
• Expressions now have Edit / Add buttons ExpressionMenuItem also does more, and overall menu does less
• Added edit popup for overall expression menu
• Can now add new expressions
• Deleting an expression will now verify before deleting
• Expression List will now reload itself when modified via edit, create, or delete
• Add popup should now close itself, and redirect to new expresion page
• Expression Status will now be shown
• Created Authentication project, moved policy and role definitions there. Will allow for use in all projects Updated existing references
• Navigation menu items will now hide beta and draft unless you have the new policy
• You can now only create characters with published expressions
