As a Poll Creator, I would like the votes to be discarded when I update a poll to force users to vote again with my new changes.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] When a API poll/{pollId} patch call happens, remove all votes for that patch
[ ] Update the edit poll page with a warning modal (See figma)
