@indyjason79 we are checking to see if we can reproduce the same error. In theory, the SDK should be able to compile but since there is no Bluetooth control(at least not the same as on Apple devices), you won't be able to connect to devices.

Let me know if there is any information you need to help reproduce. All I did was clone the sample, connect to my Mac, then hit build. Another developer on our team is having the same issue and he has his own Mac he builds with.
Here are the versions of everything I'm using:
Windows OS: Windows 11 build 22621.1105 Visual Studio on Windows: 17.4.4
Mac OS: Monterey 12.5 Visual Studio on Mac: 17.4.3 Xcode: 14.2 (also tried 13.4.1)
@indyjason79 I was able to reproduce this and will be investigating. For the mean time, are you able to either build on your mac or building for a real device?

I wonder if you tried upgrading your binding library to .Net 7 would help?
@indyjason79 Hi, thanks for the info. I believe I have a fix for this, it's seems that theres a bug with the remote build where it's not copying back the native framework see: https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-macios/issues/13393 . I'll get back to you on the best way to proceed very shortly
I cloned this repo on my Mac and on my Windows machine. It builds find on my Mac, but on Windows when I target an IOS simulator I get the following:
