Translator v1.0.6 - No option to translate other users messages.

The feature which allows you to translate other user's messages is not there.

Translator is enabled (via plugins). I tested disabling all other plugins even removing them from my plugins folder and the issue still persists. I tested disabling my theme.

Doesn't seem to be anything particularly wrong with the plugin itself;

Maybe this is a Replugged issue? They do inject context menu options through plaintext patches (and that is particularly unstable in recent releases of Replugged)
