[Bug] Compatibility issue with RepluggedPGP, Translator and QuickVids Embeds #4

Having enabled:

RepluggedPGP
QuickVids Embeds
Translator

causes the message to be sent three times (if you have only 2 enabled, for example, QuickVids Embeds and Translator the message will be sent two times)

technically i could fix this problem, but...

- it would require me to write a plaintext patch for the `sendMessage` function, which might break more often than just monkey patching it - bigger issue: I do not currently have any desktop computer to develop anything anymore (my laptop broke down like, 3 - 4 days ago?)
