[cmake] store qpoases include dir path #26

I'm working on a GUI to pilot and program soft robots, so I have a dependency with the plugin SoftRobots.Inverse, and I need the path to the solver library.

I have no problem with that. Actually, I am trying to put qpOASES as an external package to satisfy packaging requirements and as a general good practice, but still have troubles with MSVC and snprintf redefinition in qpOASES sources, and have no solution yet. So meanwhile qpOASES externalization eventually happens one day, that looks ok to me.
