ADD 3 Tests #2

This Pull_request is adding three new tests on components: 

LocalMinDistance
Light (the three kind of light)
AllComponent

These tests contains open issues. The AllComponent test will fail until all component have an associated example file, on failure it reports the number of missing examples and the component that have none)... Maybe this test should be moved as a tool and not a systematic test;.

This commit shouldn't break anything in sofa. If it does beep me.
