[User] - User categorization

We defined the follow categories among users:

• Perfil alto (Above Average): Especialistas en IG que manejan y analizan datos espaciales, y comparten sus
• resultados en línea.
• Perfil medio (Average Number of Visits per Visitor): Funcionarios y gestores con necesidades de uso específicas y predecibles
• de IG.
• Usuarios ocasionales (Unique visitors): Turistas, estudiantes, y otros que usan la IG de manera esporádica, principalmente para tareas básicas como visualizar regiones, seleccionar capas, y realizar consultas simples. La mayoría de los usuarios pertenecen a este último perfil.

We should identify each user on one category, based on the amount of times the user visits the web page and the amount of time the user spends on the web (https://github.com/users/Sofia6074/projects/2/views/1?filterQuery=User&pane=issue&itemId=76081848).
