Register button not working #1

When clicking in the register button, nothing happens.

PreConditions: -

Numbered Steps to reproduce: Press Register button

Issue/ Actual Result: Nothing happens

Expected Result: You are redirected to the sign up page

The issue ended up being simpler as the "Registrar" button was completele useless and uneccesary. The administrators are the ones in charge of adding new users. There is no self-registration.
