add DANGER note to WORK_DIR #49

I mistyped the --work-dir target and deleted some other folder, hopefully others will not do the same...

What does this PR do?

Add clarification DANGER note to shel parameter --work-dir

Thank you. Starting from now (version 6.6.0+), using a non-empty working directory will result in an error message.

Thank you, that's a better/safer approach. We had backups, but others could be in trouble...
