I'm not sure about this latter one. I like the idea, and it's pretty good, but there are some issues with it. It doesn't seem to want to recommend the GPL for libraries for instance, and it doesn't seem to know about database rights, leading it to e.g. not recommend a CC license for a data set that is not covered by copyright. It's in the right direction, but not perfect. I'd recommend choosealicense.com over this, even if (or perhaps because) it requires a bit more reading.
