Cannot change ironing speed #3454

OS version

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS

Printer

Voron 2.4 SB

How to reproduce

When I change Quality -> Ironing -> Ironing Speed to 200 the printer still irons very slowly

Actual results

i think it is stuck at default value of 30

Expected results

iron very fast at 200 mm/s

Uh it may be because it was the first layer, how does the first layer speed modify other speeds?
