Keyboard shortcuts for 'View' options aren't restrictive enough

How to reproduce

Press any of the view shortcuts with another modifier and they still work when they shouldn't.

EX: Ctrl+4 should be Rear view But if you press Alt+Cntrl+4 it will still switch to rear view.

This can cause conflict with other utilities such as screen capture tools like SnagIt. Trying to do a screen capture of Orca using Alt+Cntrl+4 causes Orca to reset the view when it shouldn't react at all.

Actual results

Orca is reacting to any combination of modifiers that include its own as a subset

Expected results

Orca shouldn't reaction to shortcut keys that aren't exactly a match.
