QOL - add option to disable desktop icon in Windows installer

Adding a desktop icon during install should always be optional for programs installing on Windows. Full stop.

Which printers will be beneficial to this feature E.g. Voron/Klipper based printer/etc...

Add an option during install, a simple checkbox is all that is needed, to allow the user to disable the addition of a desktop icon. The checkbox can even be defaulted to checked, but the user should always have the control over what programs add icons to their Windows desktop.
