Default filament color isn't being applied

How to reproduce

1. Set a filament profile and default color
2. There appears to be a separate override color to the left of the filament selection
3. If that color is set, the filament default color is ignored
4. There doesn't appear to be a way to disable the "override" color
5. The preview uses the override color and not the default color

Expected results

I expect the preview to use the filament profile default color. When it's overridden, I worry that I selected the wrong filament.
