[3MF format] Wrong positioning with multiple objects

How to reproduce

Drag and drop the attached 3MF file in Orca

Actual results

Some elements looses their positionning and end up at completley wrong X, Y, Z position.

Expected results

Everything should lay flat on bed as when opening the file with Windows 3D Viewer and 3D Builder
