Seam painting: Would be nice to have an overlay of vertical lines for part orientation in order to paint vertical seams #5464

Is there an existing issue for this feature request?

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Its not easy to orient a part such that an edge is actually verticle without a reference line. That makes the use of the [x] Vertical constraint in seam painting less than ideal. image

After painting the seam and closer inspection the vertical seam starts on one face but transitions over an edge and ends on the perpendicular face. image

Which printers will be beneficial to this feature?

All

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if... when the [x] Vertical constraint is ticked on that a series of translucent vertical reference lines should overlay the workspace. image

Describe alternatives you've considered

Right now I have to flip over an overhead transparency sheet taped to my monitor. That's not awesome.
