silent crash when files get moved / deleted before slicing

How to reproduce

1. load stl file
2. rename / move / delete the file
3. load another stl file
4. press slice button

Actual results

OrcaSlicer crashes silently.

Expected results

OrcaSlicer outputs a warning that the source file could not be found and doesn't crash without any error message.

I know its just an edge case but took me some time to figure out the root cause. In multi part prints I often move files to a 'already printed' to keep track of what I already printed. Had to change some parameters afterwards and was confused why this parameter change suddenly caused the slicer to crash.

Okay I just did another few tests, I can't reliably reproduce this. It seems to happen randomly I haven't found a way how this happens every time, but it is definitely connected with files being moved.
