How to reproduce

Edit settings
Save settings
Exit program
Open Program

Actual results

Random settings don't save. Line width, wall order, skirt loops, buncha random stuff.

Expected results

The settings should save when I save them.

this is an insane issue to have

2.1.0 beta and release Appimage, no user presets are being loaded. All fine, no errors, files are all in ~/.config/Orcaslicet/user/default/, next launch none of user profiles are showing up. Along with other issues, 2.x verions are just unusable.
