This is a duplicate of #5380, which was fixed but then broken in another merge from Bambu Studio, and is present in v2.1.1.
It should currently be fixed in the nightly builds.
I'm using the nightly build, and it's still there. I downloaded the nightly from 22nd October 2024.
Is there an existing issue for this problem?

How to reproduce
In previous versions I could create a new profile and add a 0.25mm Revo extruder.
When I would go to print I'd get a warning that the nozzle size does not match the saved nozzle in the printer, and would then get an option to Confirm, Confirm and Update Printer, and Cancel.
By clicking confirm I was able to continue using the 0.25mm nozzle, as it would push the gcode to the printer anyway and the prints would come out fine.
In 2.1 the dialog is now a message to go to the device page and update the printer to continue, but you can't actually update the device because there is no 0.25 nozzle in the firmware to select.
Actual results
Dialog that does not allow clicking Confirm to proceed.
Expected results
Either revert to the old dialog, or add an option to allow for printing without a match between profile and firmware to restore the previous behavior explicitly, otherwise I can't move to 2.1.
Project file & Debug log uploads
Not needed, this is a config option issue not a profile related bug.
