OrcaSlicer Version

Operating System (OS)

OS Version

Windows 10 pro

Additional system information

Icore 7 32 gb ram Geforce 920m

Printer

Bambu Lab P1S with AMS

How to reproduce

I attached a Orca slicer export file of the problem. When I print the part the blue overhang layer does not fuse with the print above and the result is that it falls apart.

Blue line at hole top - OrcaSlicer Blue line at hole top 2- OrcaSlicer Blue line at hole top 3- OrcaSlicer

Actual results

When I slice the file there is internally prepared a hole for a 0.5 mm spring inside the inner part of the part. When sliced the overhang over the hole seems to be too thin or with too much distance. I some times try to redesign the hole so its square, round or hexagon shaped - this can sometimes solve the problem

Expected results

When it works it prints perfectly and fuses perfectly together. I design many similar parts, sometimes no problem other times many problems. They are designed in Solidworks, and the problem is the same if opened in Orcaslicer as .stp - .3mf or as Stl. I know it is a multi body part - designed as a multibody part so I can use different filaments colors for the different bodys. Like Main body red - Numbers in White 20220919_074227
