Prime Tower not working properly

How to reproduce

There are 2 bugs related to prime towers.

1. Incomplete layer generation. I just enabled Others>prime tower setting, it displays the correct prime tower in prepare but as soon as i slice it, it breaks.
2. The Prime tower doesn't generate properly for smaller sizes, i changed the setting Others>prime tower> width to 10 mm from the default 60 mm and it breaks, here are the before and after.

2. a prime tower 10x3mm, not 3x10mm, it just breaks further the more you change any setting.
