Okay, I checked, with the PrusaSlicer the behavior is the same, but there I can also bypass the paths.
As I said, it would be better if this Z-hop also happened over the infill, because sometimes you have the problem of a leaking nozzle and it then hits the infill. Not much happens, but the print could still come loose and the noises are also quite strange when it keeps banging against it.

It whould be better when we have a choice, sometimes i want zhop over infill
